Greg, these are textured and decals in fact, barely stick to them. They can only grab about 20% of the surface. That's why I suggested vinyl dye paints. They also have spray paints just for plastic.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are using Fusion spray paint for plastic to do the base color and strips. I'm talking to a local place to get the vinyl decals made of the numbers.
